How to launch other program alongside my crypted file?

I'm using a crypter from this forum that can successfully bypass WD, but the problem is that it's pretty suspicious when after the file is executed, nothing happens, so I want something like an error box to appear indicating that some kind of file is missing so the end user thinks its a flaw with their machine thats stopping the advertised program from running properly. I've tried embedding different programs in it with self-extracting archive but that gets flagged by WD. The crypted file is a RAT from here so I can't simply alter the source code of that file. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
I think that Violet can do this, but it's important to remember that a RAT is a Trojan. That means it's meant to be hidden in or disguised as something else. Yes, binders do get detected like any other malware. Maybe pack your files into an MSI?
What setting do you use when you build the payload? Do you bind something with it? Binder mostly flag, you could use advanced bat2exe and create a script to run your payload and add a real installer file and use a signature stealer/file pumper to avoid detection or something like autoIT to do similar and automate your payload install. Silent file exploit are useful for this. AutoIT allow you to run something hidden and set a automation to install a payload or anything hidden but you need a good source code obfuscator and code this script.
