Hi there. Is there any way i can hide a program (like a logger or a server) inside a picture file, and whenever someone opens it the program launces automaticly? Preferably a free way.

Yep, you can use a binder for this (use search button).
The output will be an exe, but you can use this exploit to make it look like a picture:
