Hey, thanks for the reference! That’d actually be me who’s trying to lease out my group, the Olympians.

I’m guessing he wouldn’t want to pay the full buy-out price (if i sold the olympians, it’d be for over 4-5k, or else i’m willing to just hold onto it).

I’m willing to do leases because it’s more of a low risk, high reward opportunity for someone. I’m flexible on whatever time table that may be (for leasing) & always would love to have the option to renew.

As for @Op, leasing would essentially be owning the group (off paper).

My other group, Benevolence (@trust@ is the current owner/leaser of the group) went through the same process of leasing. I’m sure he can attest that i’m very chill with giving you the freedom to change the group in any way you want.


Other than that, there’s a few groups for sale, succubus being one of them.

If you’re ever up for the lease -> buy option, that’s always a possibility as well. It basically gives you an out if you never want to not own a group either.
