Looking deeper into this, it seems that Cloudflare has challenged the load of that file. I don't see a match on your IP though but maybe you were mobile and/or rotating IPs via VPN.

I'm considering options now.

I know when I'm at work it's Starlink shittery, but not the case at home, and notice it on all devices including mobile.
Might be CF fucking me, but not sure. Just notice that is the only icon specifically since you can see it loads only when I dropdown the game's panel.

Realistically the file should be served by CF cache.

uBlock Origin / Lite should be the only one interfering with this page, and that's the only constant across all three devices.
No HF extensions, no network adblock on this PC. Firefox at home, CrEdge at work.

I do use Tamper Monkey at work for the Convo Emote thing I made, but not here, do have don't accept WebP, but shouldn't alter that.
