shit i downloaded that infected proxy switcher

was actually on a call and was searching for proxy switcher side by side, i came across a thread and as my attention was on the phone, I just downloaded and ran it without any other thought. I dunno if it is gonna fuck up my laptop or not but just for precaution, i would be grateful if anyone would help me out.. Thanks a lot..
