[Dread Pirate Roberts]

This is what I'm talking about:

When you scroll over them, you get a title text.

The current titles are:

Home = Hack Forums
Upgrade = upgrade your account
Follow = twitter
Contact = contact

I was just wondering why Help, Member List, and Search don't have titles?

[Dread Pirate Roberts]

In all fucking honestly, do you really need the titles?

It's not a necessity, but some do, some don't. Was just asking for an explanation?

[Dread Pirate Roberts]

>implying bringing up the fact that half of them don't have titles is not implying that they should all have titles.

No Tool Tips:

The logo has one, but none of the links in the headers do.

Because you're mousing over the text, not the picture corresponding to the text.
The thread was made for an explanation of the topic, no reply from some normal member is necessary, as you did not design nor set up the website, nor do you know the answer to my question.
Also, if it was a suggestion it would be posted in the Suggestions forum.
