Obviously they must have a reputation as a HQ member of AA to stand a chance of being upgraded...

HQ is different for different people, so I raise a question, who would be the judge about is HQ and who is not? I know for a particular event the members are, but that doesn't mean he is HQ to everybody.

Also to measure somebodys quality, you need to actually look thro most of his posts, not the few somebody has seen.

All I have seen from him is flame about mainstream anime, that doesn't make his high quality in my eyes.

I nominate ParadoxMind, he's an awesome guy and I think he's way more HQ then me.

I beg to differ. His postcount is quite low and he hasn't really made alot of interesting threads. And most of his rep is from the AA chat which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I say not now, get some more posts.
