I must say, i do not really like the idea...
OFC, it is somewhat a good idea that being member, and contributing here, will get a reward, but wouldnt this somewhat get the wrong persons?
There would maybe come people that are not even into anime, that would be quite bad...

Yes, i understand that, but still people could get in, knowing nothing about anime, still get liked, get upgraded, and get out again, couldnt they?

HQ is different for different people, so I raise a question, who would be the judge about is HQ and who is not? I know for a particular event the members are, but that doesn't mean he is HQ to everybody.

Also to measure somebodys quality, you need to actually look thro most of his posts, not the few somebody has seen.

All I have seen from him is flame about mainstream anime, that doesn't make his high quality in my eyes.
