Try using the no-ip DUC
I think thats Dynamic Updater Client
but I might be wrong

make sure you have duc and also make sure that you have a valid no-ip host and don't forget to portforward

Use no-ip DUC
change port cuz it can be blocked like 1604 for now...

I can Listen to any port without any problem .
The problem is with Auto update thing .

i have the same error and cannot get it to work tried multiple versions also running through netgear router everything has been set correctly i have tried all suggestions on this forum lol i really need an experts help im a quick learner if anyone knows what to do please pm me
