cybergate, ports open but server wont work,What could the problem be? thanks

hi all i have set up the ports on my router and modem to allow port 12345 for cybergate and the ports are open.
But i create a cybergate server and try to deploy on myself and nothing happens :S

Ive filled in the info on the DNS (or whatever it is) and followed tutorials :S
Its worked previously on my other computer but no luck on this one, the ports are open so that isnt the problem.

Suggestions, what the problem could be???

thanks all :)
Firewall, make an exception or just turn it off.
And if it isn't the firewall, look if you filled in the correct password
hi all, thanks for your help

All Firewall on computer turned off

shinoda, ill make sure :)

stylo, ive used this port before 12345, so gona try and keep with it if possible, if all else fails ill change to a lower port but thanks for your help :) And my port is OPEN
And what passwords have to be the same??

Teh, what do you mean by "ALWAYS keep your No-IP DUC OPEN. Im SURE this is the reason
" Do you just mean have it open and minimise to tray? Thanks for your help :)

Many manyyy thanks all :)

thanks all :) much appreciated
Well I know that when I set up my cybergate, my servers don't work on computers inside my network. The file needed to be opened by someone on a different network, I used my friends computer and it connected right away. However when I try to open the server on my Laptop, with no AVs or anything I get no connection. Hope this helps.
If you are using Linksys you might have to enable DMZ
thanks for your replies.

I origionally tried it to log myself when i previously had cybergate working and it worked so im guessing it should work again??

And scanton, i have a linksys and the DMZ option is enabled.
thanks all

I had the same problem you have to make your servers fud or else you have no chance of infecting someone..?
🤝
hi there, thanks for your reply.

Yea i will make them fud but i want to make sure it works first which i cant do atm as i cant get it to work.

Once i know it works, ill be making it fud.
thanks
Download Sandboxie and create a server And Go To The AntiDebug Tab And Uncheck Anti SandBoxie Then Run It In SandBoxie And See If It Works ALso Make Sure Your Server Is Setup TO Connect To You By Clicking Add Under Connection And Leaving 127.0.0.1(Testing It On Yourself) And Were 1 Is By Default Put In The Port You Want It To Connect To Hope It Helps
many thanks all, ive found it out it wont work on myself although it did before which is wierd.
I had a friend test it in their sandboxie and its all good so thanks all for your help :)
