People keep lying in reps and no one gives a fuck. I mean you can tell someone in rep that he infected you and no one gives a fuck even if its not true. So people stop dealing with this person just because of a lie.

So this rep was legit with 0 proof. Just a lie. So basically I can go to any member that I don't like and start some lies about them? And what me makes thinking is that a lot of times I give a legit rep, it gets removed just because the rep whores go crying. The rep system is fucked up.

I want to see proof if someone tells that I tried to infect him and tried to scam him. I am sure he doesn't even know my skype. I have some trusted members in my skype, the could proof that it is my skype and he could try to know my skype but he will not as I never had contact with him on Skype.

yup this is not Allowed, i did that to a kid but he really did scam but i had no proof and i got warning level and he had it removed.

If a scam -rep was made without the user creating a thread about said scam then it is in fact rep abuse. You can get it removed.
It's not allowed. JD has made another mistake, he's done it to me to. I've got a few reps on myself saying that I backed out of RSGP trades, I'm shady and to deal with caution. Then JD says it's not an infringement.

How on earth can our members believe that saying "deal with caution" in a reputation is allowed?
My opinions:
- A feedback system for the marketplace is under development.
- The reputation system allows reputations about scamming because we don't have a marketplace feedback system.
- It is obvious that reputations about scamming have to be backed up with a scam report.
- "Almost scammed me" is not an opinion.
- "Deal with caution" is not an opinion.
- "Infected me" is not an opinion.
