If a scam -rep was made without the user creating a thread about said scam then it is in fact rep abuse. You can get it removed.

It's not allowed. JD has made another mistake, he's done it to me to. I've got a few reps on myself saying that I backed out of RSGP trades, I'm shady and to deal with caution. Then JD says it's not an infringement.

Even the mentor here is wrong. Desiderius just nailed it. This.

It is a method for privileged members to give their opinion about other users for the rest of HF to see.

Saying "deal with caution" is not a method for privileged members to give their opinion about other users for the rest of HF to see.

That is not relevant to the case.

Stop posting low-quality nonsense.

I got a warning for putting "trying to scam" in a rep.
You are not allowed to lie in a rep. Please report it to Judge Dredd.
Please visit the Help Section for any questions about the forums and to possibly better yourself and others in the process.
How on earth can our members believe that saying "deal with caution" in a reputation is allowed?

My opinions:
 • A feedback system for the marketplace is under development.

 • The reputation system allows reputations about scamming because we don't have a marketplace feedback system.

 • It is obvious that reputations about scamming have to be backed up with a scam report.

 • "Almost scammed me" is not an opinion.

 • "Deal with caution" is not an opinion.

 • "Infected me" is not an opinion.

I am sure this could be considered defamation.
Since he made a false statement that has potentially harmed your actual reputation and this could cause you to lose money.
Not Rep abuse as it didn't actually say you scammed, -3 the boy
if they dont have proof are what ever report it man because its not fair
This is about understand or not understanding the reputation system.

Is "deal with caution" an opinion?
Is "avoid this user" an opinion?
Is "almost infected me" an opinion?
This is actually not allowed. He called you a scammer without a link to a valid scam report that he posted.

Contact Judge Dredd and it will be removed and the giver will get a 20% warning.

Other than that, you can lie your ass off in reps.

He says he already did and JD said its valid . That seems strange.

The guy changed it after the report but I still don't have the same opinion with JD. He told to the screenshot its legit and this shows that members can lie, furthermore its not an opinion.

And a lot of time if I give out legit rep, it gets removed. And telling I am a scammer and trying to infect people is legit...?

He gave a reputation without an opinion in it.
