I understand all of this but for some reason my DHCP server keeps assigning me the same ip over and over? I also manually changed my private address which works fine but my public does not want to change :L. Any ideas?

Yes that what mine do also. do the 3rd Method and it will work

Method one is useless, it changes the internal address in the DHCP table, it makes no difference to the public internet, and you risk IP conflicts.

Method two isn't bad, but it's easier to install a Linux application called MacChanger.

Same, it changed my private IP buy my Public address is still the same, any help?
