How to change your MAC Address
1. Access the web admin interface of your device.
2. Locate your router/modem's IP address by opening the command prompt and typing "ipconfig" - the "Default Gateway" IP is typically the router/modem's IP address. Common IPs include 192.168.100.1 for Motorola SB modems and 192.168.1.1 for other modems/routers.
3. Refer to our hardware database for the default IP and login information for your device.
4. Find the menu to change your MAC address, usually located in "Setup > Advanced" under the "MAC Address Clone" option. This allows you to input your own MAC address to clone your network card's MAC address. Note that this feature may not be available on all devices or may require provisioning by your ISP. Contact your ISP to request a modem change if needed!
