I Wish i could help you? Try using your Moms name or Dads.

Call them up, give them all your legit info, I am sure if your legit, they will unban.
May I ask, what you get banned for?

[reparto]

Okay, this is the weirdest thing. I just logged into my paypal account after three years.. and it doesnt tell me that Im limited anymore? What is this sorcery?

I believe they will let you access it after a set amount of time in certain circumstances.

Oh damn bro that wasnt great :( :( :(

[LiveSupport]

I dont think your name would be a big deal as there's a lot of people with the same name.

Maybe you could phone them up and convince them you are not the person who was banned. Make sure you delete cookies and change your IP.

Was your banned account validated? If you never confirmed your account like bank and credit card they cant prove it was you.

[MichaelSDS]

It was. I cant remember how much of it I validated, but I had a bank and card validated. If I move I think I should be fine.

Hmm fair enough. That's funny how many people I know who have moved house because of online services.
