Cowboy Bebop is my nostalgic anime, loved it so much when I was younger. Also I just recently watched Phantom, and HOLY SHIT. Best anime I've seen about the mafia and crime syndicates. The entire anime had me anticipating what was coming next.
Spirited Away and Gurren Lagann always gives me nostalgia...

Gah, Detective Conan.. I knew I was missing a big one that I loved watching when I was a little kid.
Lucky Star is WAY better subbed, you actually get a lot more comedy out of it. Even with the best translation, a lot is lost just because of japanese characters and lore. Not that subbed>dubbed or anything, but for lucky star definitely.
I think that a lot of the anime I grew up with bring back a lot of memories - DragonBall, Yu-gi-Oh, Beyblade. And of the more recent anime that I've watched, Gintama has a HUGE nostalgia factor for me. Watching Gintama helped me through some incredibly difficult times, so there's a lot of emotional memories attached to the music and voices.
I guess SAO kinda has that same effect, but it was much shorter so it only lasted a few weeks into my troubles, whereas gintama lasted a LOT longer.
And of course, Bleach is what really started me into anime, so I definitely have some nostalgia with that. Just thinking back on how far into this anime stuff I've gotten into.
But I typically get nostalgic at everything. I could probably go watch Toradora, which I just watched like 5 months ago, and get incredibly nostalgic. Just how I am. :P
Oh! How about Kare Kano, I might watch this again if I can find it.
