I am asking this today because I'm curious as to what animes anywhere from 2011 and down bring you nostalgia when you think back about all the good times you've had with the anime. There are two I can think of from the top of my head and those are Saint Sieya: The Lost Canvas and Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~. The anime doesn't even have to be very good, just something that brings out a lot of nostalgia for you.
Thank you for reading ;)
P.S: Sorry if it's a bit hard to understand it's 3 am and I've just watched a lot of episodes of Lucky Star in English (DUBBED) so I am a bit out of my mind at the moment. <3
I think a lot of people are going to agree with this one. Dragon Ball/ Dragon Ball Z. It is just classic. I know its a bit cliche of a choice, but hey it has a lot of childhood memories associated with it. Didn't even know what was anime and this was considered one until years later.
Elfen lied,Code geass dragon ball z, Inuyasha
Cowboy Bebop is my nostalgic anime, loved it so much when I was younger. Also I just recently watched Phantom, and HOLY SHIT. Best anime I've seen about the mafia and crime syndicates. The entire anime had me anticipating what was coming next.
The ones that bring nostalgia are the ones I used to watch on cartoonnetwork as a kid. Those are yu yu hakusho, rurouni kenshin, pokemon, and db/dbz/dbgt. Good times.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Elfen Lied, Naruto, Broken Blade, Deathnote, and many more LOL

I could of swore Yu Yu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshi were only on Adult Swim. Back then they had all these awesome anime's they used to show every Saturday.
On-Topic: I used to fall asleep watching Cartoon Network/Adult Swim and always woke up to the opening/endings of Cowboy Bebop, I was young to really appreciate the anime but I watched it recently and the opening/closing songs give me extreme nostalgia.

They both aired on cartoon network's toonami around 2003-2005. Maybe you don't remember, how old are you?
InuYasha, DragonBall Z and YuGiOh: Duel Monsters!
I remember staying up until 4 in the morning just to watch InuYasha on AdultSwim! 🤗
The very old Yugioh and DragonballZ really brings back the nostalgia. Thinking back in my childhood whenever I watch and remember the story behind it.
Gotta bring back YuYu Hakusho~

Spirited Away and Gurren Lagann always gives me nostalgia...
It's nice to see all the replies :3. Another two that give me nostalgia would be Kannazuki no Miko (Priestesses of the Godless Month) and Neon Genesis Evangelion TV series.
The season(s) where Pokemon didn't suck major dick brings back good memories.
