Looks like a girl, Acts like a girl, but can she Sound like a girl?

Greetings HF, Addressing all users, I have been social engineering and- for lack of a better term- 'e-whoring' for a couple years with encouraging results. One obstacle I cannot overcome is actually sounding like a girl, over say a skype chat. What software/vocoder/vocal synthesizer would you recommend to allow me to modify the pitch/ frequency of my voice so I could speak as the woman, in real time. Keep the information spreading open like the legs. Good day.
