I know there's a voice changer that works with Skype known as Clownfish, I believe. You can adjust the voice settings at any point in time. Though, I'm not sure how it would sound in the girl voice, as I only used it to sound black to all my friends O_o

Clownfish isn't good. For a start it usually makes the microphone sound cheaper. All it does it higher the pitch of the voice.
