Teamspeak 3 server admins fighting my ddos. - they seem to win - need help with ports

Hi, I been ddosing some dude's ddos as he kinda stole my steam acc and well he's a jerk. So,for 2 days I was able to ddos his TS3 via ESSYN port 80. UDP just made it lag a bit. Now it just does completely nothing to it. So it seems like he is able to block my port 80 ESSYN attacks, what can I try out? Did he completely block my IP or just the port and how can I find it out? BTW I use reBOOTER plus VPN ( rotating my country and server ofc ), so the methods I could use are : "UDP, UPD Lag, TCP-AMP,ESSYN,RUDY,ARME,SLOWLORIS,GET,HEAD,POST,SOURCE" Hope someone can help me, thx
