looking for a DDos host , to ddos local server ( ip starts with 10.x.x.x)

so there is a local server on my country , which only people from my country can log into ( a gaming server )
which the local ip address starts with 10.xxx.xxx.xxx

I was wondering is there anyway to DDos this server without using a local ddos host considering there is non in my country ?

or is there another to ddos the server ? like find the public ip address of that server somehow ?

also people from outside the country cannot connect to the server
So you're on the network that the server is being hosted on?
If you try to DDoS it the whole network is gonna go down, heads up. You can't just get a specific computer attacked.
What you can do, though, is make a Python script that basically operates like this.

Intercept Packet Sent to server > copy packet > drop original packet > wait x amount of time before sending packet to server
That would be more like a lagswitch, but you can do the same, just drop the packets instead of sending them after x time.

I don't know how to make a python script , is there anywhere I can download one that can do what you said ?

also the server uses port 27015 (counter strike server) , and I saw some other people ddos servers that starts with 10 (local servers that are only reachable in the country) , any idea how they ddosed ? I used some DDos websites but it did not work
10.0.0.0/8 is a Private IP range. There is no way that you can play CS:GO on it unless you're hosting it yourself or someone on the same LAN is hosting it.

If you know the Local IP but not the Public IP, you can't connect to it no matter what you try.
As for 'your country only': It is more than likely that they have a plugin installed that checks your geographical position based on your IP address.

As long as you can't connect to the server, you can't do anything with it (including DDoS)
Posting here to remember, will reply if I find any for you.

i wanted to know is it possible to ddos someone off discord
you can't just DDoS that specific host. If you'd DDoS their external IP, the whole network will not respond. You can however DDoS certain ports but that is just for the host to receive those packets.
if the server does not use ovh it's possible.
