Moe' should send you the money back ASAP. It's not his money. If I were you, I'd take legal actions in order to get your money back. That's exactly what I would do.

I think he might of been hacked because he wouldn't scam... It's really weird. I spoke to him on Facebook and he said he was hacked. Let's see what staff do to his account.

It wouldn't be the first time his supposed account has been hacked and scammed a decent amount of money I recall him doing the same thing back in 2011 and his account got closed but omni gave him a second chance and re-opened it.
