Hey guys, it's with great disappointment I write this report for the user
"Moe'" - Click to see profile

The deal was his 2.5m dogecoins for my 13.19 LTC, after confirming
the offer (see here):

We waited for the 6 block confirmations and it took a while for him
to approve the fact I sent them but he eventually confirmed:

It'd been about half an hour since he 'sent' them and still nothing, I sent him
a pm and it wasn't until now he said he was sending via a pool, but fair
dues they can take a few minutes - not half an hour. He agreed to
refund me my LTC.

After receiving no refund I began to worry, It'd been about two hours
at this point and I'd still not got my money back.

It all went quiet after that, I sent him a few other PMs but he wasn't even reading them (He was still active on the forums and PM system
since I was viewing his activity the whole time)
This was the last thing I heard from him:

I sent him a few more pms asking if he is doing it soon, read but no reply.
Looks like he just skimmed through them all to get rid of the notification.

So that's all I've heard from him :\ I gave him a -3 saying I'll remove
it when we resolve this, but after ignoring my messages and not replying, he made a dogecoin giveaway for what I can only
assume to burry my -3 rep and cover it up - funny how he
has doge to give away but not to fulfil what he owes me though.

I thought I'd go a little deeper and since I saw him browing a thread
about selling LTC, I pm'd the OP of the thread to see if he just delt with
Moe', funny enough Moe' just sold him 13.33 LTC, see screenshot:

I questioned Moe' about it in one of the PMs above but he said it was a
'different' wallet.

I dealt with Moe' because he didn't have a single neg rep, seemed trusthworthy, had been around the site for a while and to do something
like this is just a real dick move :\

Moe' has replied, given me a -3 thanking me for the LTC, wow.

Legit Scam report and very well laid out. Looks like he kept telling you that they are being sent and when he clearly scammed you out of 400$ o.o

I hope he'd be a nice guy and refund you all 400$ and not to mention it's Christmas time.

On leak forums they sell HF accounts so members from there come here and scam I was seeing all of the "forum account sales" forum.

OP i hope you get your LTC back even though I know that kid is from Leak.sx and he won't give it back but I hope you get it resolved!

It's hard to explain, he's been planning on scamming someone from the time he created BTC shop. He later deleted that thread when I asked him to go first. Also the real Don Killuminati knows me pretty well and still he was talking to me like a stranger.

Well 8/11 are paid for so I know it's not a huge indicator, but really I'd imagine more from someone like him.
