I do have a question about this. In partnerships such as mad and I. We run Empire Products, we'll have 10+ products launched by the end of the week. We both work on the products and the marketing, however all payments go to a PayPal we both control access to. This is allowed correct?

If so then overall I see it as a good change, surprising change, but good nonetheless. If not then that would greatly hurt the marketplace in my opinion due to the amount of products that are multiple people working on it (support, sales, coding, etc) that would be out of business if it's disallowed.

I understand that PayPal holding in the more popular sense (guy just manages / takes payments for someone's products or multiple products) being banned, but partnerships should be allowed as well, just more strict rules surrounding them.
