For now the Disallowed Blackhat Help Doc has been removed entirely.  I will be rewriting site policy to reflect the changes over the next few days. 

The Report reason for "Disallowed Blackhat Activity" is now simply changed to "Carding".

Members overwhelmingly want less restrictions on the content they can post. 

I will update members when the new policies are in-place.

Just gonna be really clear, you post shit that gets you arrested, that's on you.

I will have to design some legal disclaimers into HF contracts and maybe even the registration page.

Members are celebrating but I'm very upset. This is the last thing I want to do. I think it's wrong, unethical, and immoral. But maybe I am also tired of being this sites moral compass. If people want to risk arrest and prison then that's on them. My goal is to protect HF but what's the point of protecting something that's slowly dwindling anyways.
