Website ideas? Domain ideas?

I'm looking to start up a new project (a website) and I don't know what I should do. Any suggestions are accepted and I would also like you to suggest a domain thanks.
I get where the people are coming from with making threads like these, asking for ideas and what not... but if someone really has an idea that has the potential to be successful and a domain to go with said idea, odds are that they are not going to share it. They are either going to do it for themselves or pay someone to do it for them.

I understand your point. It doesn't have to be anything that is unique and/or will make my money. I'm not bothered what people suggest I just want some ideas tossed around.

Alrighty then, I'll see what I can come up with...

Do you have anything in mind? What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing?

I have nothing in mind. I'm open to anything.
A website that lists custom computer builds other people has done.

It'd be a wall full of computer pictures and when you clicked on one you'd get the specs and the rest of the photos as well as the builder's notes. you could put ads on the sides of the wall and monetize it. The guy that gets the most likes on his build at the end of the month gets a cash prize or something. If someone rebuilds their build, they get a place in the hall of fame.

It'd be like a guide for people who wants to build a computer but has no idea of where to start.

If the site got big it could draw attention from many custom builders you'd be off. It'd have the potential to draw in a huge crowd, and you'd make money of the ads. If you don't want to earn money from the site, you could give bigger cash rewards and hopefully build the site bigger.
You should do a file hosting site or something 😝
Depends what kind of project you want? I'm confused :P

How the fuck am I wanting business ideas?
I don't even want to start a fucking business.

I'm looking for website ideas that people would use.
I also said that I wouldn't monetise it.
Please if you're no help. Go the fuck away.
I really like how I'm the only one that took this thread seriously and I didn't even get a fucking sentence of feedback.

Sorry I ment to leave you feedback but I don't kno why I never. Thanks for taking your time to write all of that but I believe that you have to have some knowledge about the topic you are doing otherwise the website won't be at maximum potential.

I'll give it a think.
It depends on what niche you are wanting to use. It also helps if the niche you choose one one you enjoy too it makes it worth while for you. Like if you like gaming or playing video games you could choose a gaming niche or if you like making graphics you could do some sort of graphics niche. I read in an earlier reply that you are not looking to monetize the site but once you decide on the niche maybe you might change your mind later on if the site kicks off really well. Adsese isnt to hard to get approved for or AWM. But all in all it depends on what you would like to do with the website (Adsense, AWM, PPD, PPC, Exchange Site, Forum, Blog, File Host, Image Host etc) and how much time you put into it. If you come up with an idea and need any help coding, putting the site together I can help you. I also have some unique domains you might be interested in.

Seems like a really easy project :), good luck.
