I'm looking to start up a new project (a website) and I don't know what I should do. Any suggestions are accepted and I would also like you to suggest a domain thanks.

I get where the people are coming from with making threads like these, asking for ideas and what not... but if someone really has an idea that has the potential to be successful and a domain to go with said idea, odds are that they are not going to share it. They are either going to do it for themselves or pay someone to do it for them.

A website that lists custom computer builds other people has done.
It'd be a wall full of computer pictures and when you clicked on one you'd get the specs and the rest of the photos as well as the builder's notes. you could put ads on the sides of the wall and monetize it. The guy that gets the most likes on his build at the end of the month gets a cash prize or something. If someone rebuilds their build, they get a place in the hall of fame. It'd be like a guide for people who wants to build a computer but has no idea of where to start. If the site got big it could draw attention from many custom builders you'd be off. It'd have the potential to draw in a huge crowd, and you'd make money of the ads. If you don't want to earn money from the site, you could give bigger cash rewards and hopefully build the site bigger.
