I fully encrypted my ssd today using Disk Cryptor, and when i rebooted i got this error.
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: the boot selection failed because a required device is innaccesible."
I can still access my Bios but am lost.
1. Use another PC to decrypt via connecting USB cable.
2. Re-install Windows.
3. Restore the master boot records. (PM if you need help with this.)
Simplest:
5. Try running a startup repair.
6. Trying using the System restore by accessing the boot menu (keep pressing F8 before it boots)
ensure to check any infections and also click on start button and type msconfig, then go to your startup programs n remove some of them.

How do i decrypt my harddrive? And im guessing im going to lose all my data, right? :(

What programs can i use to decrypt?
AES encryption using Disk Cryptor.

What Windows version are you running?
Windows 7 ultimate, just upgraded from home premium hours before lol.
I posted this same scenario in the troubleshooting section of disk cryptor forum.

The main Windows forum will probably be your best be to fix your computer. However, because you just fde'd the SSD I'm going to check with someone else before suggesting to follow the regular instructions to fix this error.
Alright, thanks for all the help so far. Have been on my phone lately until i get this problem sorted.

If you didn't are you 100% sure that you encrypted the whole drive. If so, we could boot off of a Linux live CD, have it run an AES decryption algo on your HDD, and then be back to square one (you have your data but no encrypted drive).
Also, would you happen to have a second HDD or SSD? That way you could raid 1 your current data, try something to fix your computer, and if it doesn't work reload the old data and try again.
No, i didnt make the bootable CD, i do have another computer i can use to make one though. And yes, my SSD has my OS on it but i do have another drive used for storage.
