[VB/C#] Tray Controller | Basic WinAPICodePack Wrapper

Odus · 2014-06-06T23:15:55+00:00

This thread was originally a tutorial on how to achieve a progress bar in the icon similar to Google Chrome and new installers, but I decided to revisit it and wrap everything up nicely, ready for direct transfer to your clipboard. :P The WindowsAPICodePack is filled with handy little improvements for your program including thumbnail buttons and task lists. I intend to develop this to a full wrapper later, but this will do for now. Currently, the wrapper supports every aspect of the tray progress bar. Including, value, maximum, color (red, amber, green), and style (progress, marquee, none). There's also support for overlay icons.
