While I do completely agree with you, there is really not anything you can do about it. It is up simply to the forum administrators to add a sub-forum for crypters, which might not happen for the following reasons -
- Crypters do fall under cryptography regardless.
- The sub-forum would not be nearly as active with out them, and it may lose so much activity that it isn't active enough to warrant a sub-forum, I don't frequent that sub forum so I'm not sure how often non-crypter threads are made.
- It's probably not a priority at the moment as the cryptography sub forum is just a small fraction of the HF community.
It is the same thing with many other sub-forums believe it or not, all in their own way. It was a good idea for you to create the thread as it may bring this matter to the attention of the staff/admins of the forum. Good luck with your goal of getting the crypters out of the cryptography sub-forum.
