It didn't change the story at all, it was a great story both were. I feel nothing could have made it better :P

But there wasn't any reduced gore? In fact, Brotherhood had more Gore. It was just more spread out so I guess it seemed like less.
Brotherhood was amazing, regardless of opinions. Fights like this one just make it even better.

I've not watched all of Brotherhood yet o: I hope it has a better ending than the first one though.
