Of course it's a scam. Why would somebody multiply your bitcoin ten times? What do they gain out of the process? Why do you even have to ask a question like this? What happened to the phrase "if it's too good to be true, it probably is"? Do you have any common sense?

Do not use this website. It's 100% scam. Nobody will give you more then you give him, especially not 10 times more then you give. Be careful, there is a lot of scam websites on the internet. Think twice before you do something.

the site is legal, but that doesn't mean users are legal, there are punch of scams there.

careful where you put your money, it isn't called deepweb for nothing, also I think most of them are gambling, or other blackhat related stuff, but surely not legal (or why would they be on deepweb?)
