Cheat engine + Steam for game time?

Can I run Cheat Engine, Inject it into steam and then speed steam up by like x50 then open a game and get x50 times the game time?

Yeah then that's understandably.

I was just VAC-Banned in Counter-strike:Go for hacks.

To be honest it's not worth it as I'm very bored right now.
