This is very easy to solve actually. Just send them the information they need (probably ID and proof of residence) and they'll unlimit you in no time.

You need to contact PP by PHONE. Phone will make this much easier and quicker. First you will want to ask why it has been locked and if you can retrieve or move the money. If they say no, just wring at a different time when some one else different is on the phone, they might let you take / move it. Hope this helps.

No. They are requiring information about what kind of sales hes been doing, if he has no documentation on these sales hes fucked. By this, i mean if he received just manually payments all the way.. without any website as a gateway. I would call PayPal and ask them to speak to a expert, then you talk to that expert.. thats what I did, and she solved it out for me. I had to refund a few people but I got my paypal back. |
