Maybe a thread for what works...and what doesn't..?

Hi Guys I've bought a few programs and tools from members of HF , and read through countless pages of vouch's only to find the product doesn't perform as well as expected or not at all? I thought hell it would be a dam sight easier to go to a thread and look up a none performer or maybe a good product but appalling support? I'm going to give the product owner til the end of this week to sort my issue...after then I will name and shame them or the support they don't offer! pls feel free to post you're experiences here too!

This is why I don't buy things off HF. It's usualy (and not always) just people asking for vouches from people who never bought the product.
