I can install AndroRAT on my Phone and get a connection in AndroRAT but if I build a hidden one , it doesn't connect. need help via Teamviewer or something

This guy ripped me for $30 and never showed me anything. After he got the money he removed me from his skype. I have all evidence needed.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY. Admins ban him and whoever vouchers for him.
