Could you just PM the link, I tried decrypting it multiple times with a ATOM-128 decrypter & then Base64.
I get a link, but it doesn't work even after replacing "%3F" with a "?"

It is just a warning message it doesn't cause any actual fail..

You could edit bot.php and assign the variable yourself with some simple empty text or turn warning errors off.

You have to decrypt it google ATOM-128 decryptor and base64 decoder put KgXDSITPfirTSGHlf8T5SlAuTjAMHkQqiH0MnIT9HjHLS46Jfo6Hp6Q9DyAMp5hNf6X3M5koeirUihHZ​fJG6SJb6SJbC in the ATOM-128 decryptor and you get an error copy the string of letters and numbers you get and put it through base64 decoder if you have an error tell me it and I can most likely tell you the answer.
