Could you just PM the link, I tried decrypting it multiple times with a ATOM-128 decrypter & then Base64.
I get a link, but it doesn't work even after replacing "%3F" with a "?"

That would be because your webserver doesn't have hex2bin installed and setup to the php.ini

It is just a warning message it doesn't cause any actual fail..

You could edit bot.php and assign the variable yourself with some simple empty text or turn warning errors off.

Thank you for linking me to the user that is selling this source. I am the creator of this botnet and was intended for educational purposes. I released this well over 2 years ago in the PHP section. The reason I deleted it was because of the lack of functionality and efficiency.
