Dudes sending their credit cards?

Why the hell do dudes do this? Some dude just sent me a picture of his credit card to use. I told him to put the card on a PayPal account, but he says he's too lazy.

What should I do?

Edit: I'm obviously not going to use his card lol

Just wait until he is not busy and let him pay unless you wanna do something illegal and card.

The payment method is still going to be PayPal though I believe.
