After looking at all the screenshots, it looks like a scam but at the same time it doesn't.

This only happened an hour ago, you should have given him more time. He said "sec" he may have had to go do something and couldn't get back to you. I think you should have waited at least a day before making this scam report.

And since he said that he would give a refund I bet he will, I doubt he would risk everything for $10 it doesn't make much sense.

Also, do NOT EVER ask for rep on site or out side of site. You will get repfucked for it.

Hope this gets resolved. I want to see the other users response to this before I decide whether it's a legit report or not.

EDIT: After reading the replies above mine, I see that this method could take more than time than you think. Once again, you should have wanted to hear back from him.

I asked him Thursday if I could get a refund the next day, he replied sure.
Friday came and I asked he told me, "sec."
Then I asked him 3 hours ago and he has yet to reply. I've pm'ed him on skype and hackforums. He is even online currently: https://gyazo.com/eeb4ab7f6959bbd74d797ebd223e1944

So he has seen it hopefully, and he has been on for awhile. His skype has been on all day aswell.

Alright, it's obvious you gave him well over enough time to get this sorted out.

Looks like a legit scam report to me, now we just wait and see if he responds to this.

You added this bullcrap after I made this dispute thread because you want to 'uphold your integrity.' Its $10 mate, you even stated you would give me a refund twice. I would not have purchased this if it wasn't possible. Also I'm not the only one.
