Community Alert

BEWARE - READ before buying a stresser/booter/ddoser.

Closing/deleting this thread is not necessary. It is good to REMIND our community that bullshit booters (like eBooks) should be given pervasiveness to the community.

I'm just going to put this out there, just like the other obvious shit such as my eBook thread here.

Be careful before buying any booter.

First off, there is no such thing that exists as a high quality and cheap booter here, keeping these points in mind:
  • There are hundreds to even thousands of users already using it.

  • No booter on this forum will take down even a medium sized website, regardless of their claims of power.

  • Almost every booter is volatile and can be shut down, sold off to another owner, or lose its consistency without notice.

  • ALMOST EVERY single booter out there uses PUBLIC or SATURATED or OUTDATED source code.

  • Almost every booter user base will overflow sooner or later and the demand for power/attack speed and result in terrible performance.

  • NEVER, NEVER sign up to these services with your REAL INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY your HackForums username/password. The databases get leaked by an intrusion based off of weak security or by previous owners.

Booters are a huge part of HF, and many users fall victim to buying really cheap, shady (the redundancy, lmao) and low quality booters that often try to mesmerize people with their claims of high Gbps bullshit.

Notice how completely bullshit these threads are (I AM NOT CHERRY PICKING):

Almost every single one claims that it can carry an attack of OVER 200 Gbps. Do you know how crazy of a fucking claim that is? If this were even close to being true, almost every booter on HF would be able to take out a medium to somewhat high end website or game server; sadly this is never the case.

The booter "market" on HF is becoming as crazy as the eBook "market" on HF. You see complete bullshit threads, mocked up with a $5 thread design and some bullshit title to claim your greedy eyes on taking down the bully's internet in your school.

People on this forum need to be AWARE and COMPETENT about the booter situation. No booter was codded by some "top notch hacker/programmer" that you see in any action heist/robbery movie. 95% of the booters on HF consist of a tree of hand-me-down source code that is already outdated and just pure shit.

The best thing out of a booter that you will get is taking out a home connection, and even then most booters still can't do that.

Think before you buy a booter. The IRL bully "revenge" can wait for later.
I agree with you about this OP to many people false advertise on the market it crazy.
That being said, do you know any that can knock off at least home connections reliably that are affordable? I've been looking around but everything I find has some absurd TOS like "we can shut this down tomorrow if we want and you can't get your money back".

I can only suggest that you use one that is a new stresser that just came up with a very small user database and multiple servers that is hosted by a trusted owner.

If you happen to buy a stresser that has a ToS claiming that it can be sold off to anyone "without notice" or shut down "without notice", and this having been happened, immediately charge back and file a scam report.

It's the owners job to provide services that they promise, and if you, let's say, buy a monthly/yearly plan for a stressing/booting service and it is shut down, sold off, or giving bad performances and the owner does not contact you (and the customers) about it, it is at their fault, not yours.

One misconception people have about running an imitation of a "business" on the internet is that they think that they aren't responsible for providing a service for X time for Y price. People must learn that if they provide a service for a charge for a period of time, they are responsible and at fault in all terms if that service is limited, overrated/saturated, or volatile (service-model wise)
Have to agree and disagree. Most booters are crap. However not all, not to advertise but my stresser won't be false advertising and will kill business for more small/crap hooters. Only large // HQ hooters will have a chance of staying. vDos and PowerStresser are to name two.

You shouldn't post on a thread just to imply the advertisement of your booter, prick.
I completely agree on this, only booter I've used from here was vDos and it was down a lot of didn't take down home connections at times.
I remember back when I had access to private Shenron servers.
Hilarious as fuck.

Took down the entire Kik networks, full RS worlds.
Comparatively I just don't feel anything does ANYTHING on Hackforums.

The only thing now is to keep this on the front page so people open their eyes to not only booters but every other bullshit scam out here.
If you dont believe the power of fluffy we give test hits, check it out. Lol.

Obviously there are good and bad booters, you just have to figure out which is the good one.
Ha... haha, that was a joke right? V-Dos is terrible. And i'm sorry but XYZ.Booter can take down almost anything. Your thread is irrelevant.
I have to agree with this thread. Infact a lot of the booters on this site (I'm not going to name any) will only take out about 60% of home connections. That's pretty bad if you ask me.

They fall for the false advertising, see that it doesnt work and then buy another one, rinse, repeat.

It seems to be poisoning peoples minds, too.

I've noticed that people will buy a booter that advertises 50Gbps, hit a home connection and it will fail. They will then proceed to think that 50Gbps is a low amount of power and can't hit home connections. This leads to them buying a booter that advertises more power. It's quite ridiculous really.
Lol a user that people should DWC with making a DWC thread. Ironic.

Out of the hundreds of active stressers, only 1% of them are even close to good and are either expensive or sugar coated.

Not just "some are good" and "some are bad".
