From what I can tell he probably blocked your phone number. So did he buy stuff with your phone number or something? what was the verification for?

Yeah it was buying something. I contacted the site and reported it and hopefully get my money back that way.

You could also call your phone carrier and report it as fraud. They should dispute the payment and then whatever he bought with it will be revoked and his account banned on the site most likely for attempted fraud or what ever XD
