Laptop not booting correctly

If you have a Hiren's Boot DVD, try using Paragon HDM - in there you will have boot corrector, mbr fix and some other things...
Now just give boot corrector a try...hopefully it will fix it :) good luck

Ultimate Boot CD has some tools that you can use to test your HDD for errors.

I would suggest downloading the ISO and burning it off to a CD or creating a live USB. Then booting your computer off of it.

Also if anyone knows anymore boot programs or scans I can run I would greatly appreciate it, anything will help.

Hiren's boot CD is another great Live CD with a great collection of tools that you should check out.
If you have to reinstall, do it with a bootable flash drive. Upon installation method, choose custom, and go through the installation. Once you are on your desktop after a new installation, open your file explorer, go to C:\, and under the Windows folder, you'll see Windows.old

In there is everything from your last installation, including your personal stuff like pictures, music, anything you had on your desktop

Good luck, I don't know what could be causing this issue, but at least if you have to redo your OS, you'll keep your important files
