Saying my credentials are incorrect which I copy and pasted from my email.

Computer: IP ADDRESS
USER:
PASS:

What do you usually use for username? It gives me an user and root pass but doesn't go through.

I asked my host service and said this to me.

" Please use user Administrator for windows."

I thought the username they gave me would be my administrator name?

I am assuming this is a windows VPS , make sure it's the right username and pass with correct capitalization.

Its win vps. Its not going thru tho even when I copy it.

Go to the control panel you use and use a seperate way to access it ( ex over kvm / console access ) and change the pass to a complex pass and try to type the password out with the correct capitalization.
