Phone stuck at Android logo - Not booting up. Can't find factory reset option.

My phone's battery got fully discharged today and then the phone didn't turn on after that. I've tried charging it quite a few times after that but it doesn't really charge (I don't see the red notification LED light that tells whether the phone is charging or not). The back isn't removable, so the battery can't be removed. I can open it but that would take too much effort and I might fuck something else up. I pressed Volume Up + Power button to go and factory reset the phone but it only showed 3 options - Recovery Mode Fastboot Mode Normal Boot So couldn't find the factory reset option. Also tried the above 3 options but none of them worked. Recovery Mode gives error Sin Comandos. I would love some help right now, I'd appreciate it very much. Edit: I have a feeling that I corrupted my OS.

Exynos.
