My phone's battery got fully discharged today and then the phone didn't turn on after that. I've tried charging it quite a few times after that but it doesn't really charge (I don't see the red notification LED light that tells whether the phone is charging or not).
The back isn't removable, so the battery can't be removed. I can open it but that would take too much effort and I might fuck something else up.
I pressed Volume Up + Power button to go and factory reset the phone but it only showed 3 options -
Recovery Mode
Fastboot Mode
Normal Boot
So couldn't find the factory reset option. Also tried the above 3 options but none of them worked. Recovery Mode gives error Sin Comandos.
I would love some help right now, I'd appreciate it very much.
Edit: I have a feeling that I corrupted my OS.
One question, which brand and model do you have?
I have a phone called UMi Iron.
Most likely you dont have a recovery installed
go into fastboot mode
download fastboot tool / drivers on pc

you can flash recovery / rom
If you don't mind about losing your data and cache, I would recommend booting into downloading mode (vol down, power, home) at the same time and downloading a factory ROM for your device. PM me for more detailed help if you need.
May you please let me know what's the Brand & Model of your phone along with what changes
you made on it the last time you had access to it?
Try to remember any change you made in your OS, please.

I posted this elsewhere and I am pretty sure that I bricked my phone and I need to reinstall the ROM. My phone is called UMi Iron. The last thing I did on it was use a tool called Rootjoy and update it (the update had change in the ROM) and before the updating was complete, their was a power cut and my phone died after that.
Could anyone help me with installing a new ROM in my phone? Do I have to install the default UMi ROM or can I install Cyanogenmod too? I'd appreciate every help.
Thank you very much for the replies guys, it's very much appreciate. I'm thankful to you all for taking some time in helping me.
Edit: Luckily, I have all the data backed up with me from a day before this happened.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Yeah def sounds like you Soft bricked it, so essesntially the OS is corrupt, but just google the "stock ruu" for your phone, download odin and flash the stock ROM, that would be my starting point. Hope all works out!

But will my computer detect my phone when it's dead and not working? I was suggested to flash it with SP Flash tool, should I go with Odin or SPFT?
