Why is Omni repfucking members that report scammers?

Well, I've had 2 people complain so far in a Skype chat that they are being repfucked for reporting scammers directly to him. I'm just wondering why that's something that happens. If someone is reporting a scammer, isn't that making HF a better place? Why are people being repfucked for this? Is it because these people are not supposed to contact omni directly for this kind of thing? I can't think of any other reason why these members would be repfucked. Now I would link the profiles of the people that got repfucked but I don't know if they want it linked or not. [color=#FFFFFF]So, can someone please fill me in on why this is happening? If someone actually PM'd him about a scammer they deserve to be rep killed. It's literally the first thing that it says when you sign up and everyone SHOULD know that rule.
