My perspective on what is happening: Good. Owners should continue down the path they're going on and push to make their products more legal. I don't give two fucks if you paid $100 for lifetime for a RAT, if the TOS says only use it for legal purposes, you should have expected something like this. You can ask around, I called this about a month ago. I said some shit was going to happen and owners will either step to the plate, or the police will. To those who are mad and want to cry about it: Fuck you. Bad: Some smaller RAT owners are going to take the initiative and try and release their RAT expecting to dominate. Bigger RAT owners have been harassed by legal teams and know how to deal with this, and know that the updates are the next best things to deal with this kind of borderline harassment.
