My Perspective.

My perspective on what is happening:

Good.
Owners should continue down the path they're going
on and push to make their products more legal.
I don't give two fucks if you paid $100 for lifetime
for a RAT, if the TOS says only use it for legal purposes,
you should have expected something like this.

You can ask around, I called this about a month ago.
I said some shit was going to happen and
owners will either step to the plate, or the police will.

To those who are mad and want to cry about it:
Fuck you.

Bad:

Some smaller RAT owners are going to take the initiative
and try and release their RAT expecting to dominate.
Bigger RAT owners have been harassed by legal teams and
know how to deal with this, and know that the updates are
the next best things to deal with this kind of borderline
harassment. Smaller owners do NOT.

They will think "oh here is my big break ;D"
Since a good portion of the bigger owners are going
"off the radar" (for lack of better terms) the target
just got smaller and it will be pointing square on
whoever is dumb enough to try and get a "come up"

Once again, if you want to bitch and make another
"what rat is gud now guyz?" thread:
fuck you.
That is all.
Thanks for your opinion on this YayHar!!!

The only ones who are complaining are the retards who don't understand why they're doing this.
Well if you don't care how they feel
why should they care how you feel
Remote Administration Tools by definition are used for malicious purposes, even if you are using it for "legal" purposes, unless you express written permission to install it on a public computer or a computer you don't own then it's illegal. Not one company is going to buy any of these RAT's from HF and install it on their work system where they are most probably dealing with financial and personal information.

If the software writers were serious about it being used for legal purposes only they would prevent it from being misused by stopping connection from different countries or from a different network. Stop kidding yourself.

Huh?

We all know in our heart of hearts why they are sold on HackForums
and what the target audience is, but when you get attacked you have
to cover your ass somehow. This is a very good way to do so.

We all know they were never meant to be legal, but they have to
say it is, and you must respect their wishes.

There is no legal solution to malware. If you knowingly create malware and sell it, which could reasonably cause harm to consumers, then while it might not be a crime, it could open you up to a products liability suit.
Yea and fuck you too buddy.

This is their decision and we must respect it.
